DIMDEG (SUPPLY ON THE SEA COMBAT SUPPORT SHIP)

Standart Pompa products were preferred in the DIMDEG project launched to produce the second largest ship of the Turkish Navy. A total of 44 pumps will be delivered to be used onboard. When the DIMDEG (Supply on the Sea Combat Support Ship) project is completed, the Turkish Navy will have its second-largest vessel. The vessel, with a total length of 199.9 meters, will be able to complete the supply materials (food, water, medical equipment, fuel, ammunition, etc.) of 3 ships at the same time without shore support. DIMDEG will also provide support for the maintenance and repair of manned and unmanned surface and underwater vehicles, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles at a certain level. We, as Standart Pompa take part in this project with our 44 products serving general use and specific purposes, to contribute national defense industry.

The drilling mud pump project tendered in the scope of a project requested by the Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı affiliate Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC) to be nationalized was brought to life by Standart Pompa in Adana, in December of 2018. The project was then presented for the use of the Turkish Petroleum International Company (TPIC). With this project we became the first Turkish company to make a drilling mud pump with the API monogram, which is one of the most important certificates accepted worldwide in the petrol sector. Our project, for which the R&D work took 2 years, was rewarded with encouragement. We are now among a select few companies in the world with the API 7K monogram.

SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş., one of the world’s leading companies in polyester, fiber and filament production located in Adana under the Merinos Group, chose Standart Pompa for the cooling towers in its auxiliary facilities in May of 2018. With 13 IE3 motor, soft starter paneled, vertical double suction SDS-V type pumps and panels we added even power to SASA.

Aluminum body pumps were being imported from abroad for transferring fluids in mobile gas stations designed through a partnership between Öztreyler and BMC in the defense industry. Due to the problems experienced in supplying spare parts and product services the investment made in the mobile gas stations was becoming idle and the vehicles were not being used actively. As a solution Öztreyler and BMC chose Standart Pompa to nationalize the project and get their needs for fast spare parts delivery and a 24/7 service guarantee met. Our R&D work produced Turkey’s first OZT domestic mobile fuel pump. Our specially designed OZT type pump, which can reach a maximum speed of 5000 rpm, is produced from aluminum with a compact and light design. All of the materials that were used have ex-proof properties. It is driven by a hydraulic motor in the fuel tanks that is assembled on top and is able to reach maximum 200 m³/h flow rate and 12 bar pressure.

4 years ago we reached a different level in our long lasting relationship with İSKİ (Istanbul Water and Sewage Administration) by implementing our first installed project. Since then we have supplied and installed a record number of pumps. In Kazandere we supplied and installed 8 medium voltage pumps at 1.600 kW and in Şahintepe we supplied and completed the installation of 3 medium voltage pumps. In the Dudullu Collection Station we supplied and installed products, including 3 pumps at 710 kW, at 25 stations belonging to İSKİ, providing 360 degree solutions for their needs. We proudly sere our municipalities not just as a supplier but as a complete solution partner.

Tezkim, a leading company in the Adana industrial region, chose Standart Pompa to be their solution partner for the transfer of fluids in their new investment, a citric acid production facility to begin operating in 2019. With this project citric acid will be produced for the first time in Turkey and it is expected that this project will reduce the need to import citric acid by about 50 million Euro. With a total of 100 process pumps in the facility we will show our local service strength against import pump and make a distinction with our fast delivery and easy parts replacement to contribute to the Turkish economy.

Cargil, a world giant in the industry, prefers Standart Pompa for its process pumps in the Orhangazi, Bursa and Balıkesir facilities in Turkey. We supplied 35 complete double material heavy duty type pumps to the Cargill Orhangazi facilities in the scope of the Tuna project and 11 complete double material pumps for the Arda project. After a long period of success in this cooperation, we earned our place on Cargill’s global vendor list as Standart Pompa.
